I required some items at short notice for my daughter's birthday in August.  Even though Maggie herself was away in Canada I received a prompt response from her to my enquiry and the items I subsequently ordered online arrived at 9.30am the following morning just as we were sitting down to a birthday breakfast! In my experience it is very unusual to receive such personal and excellent customer service such as this. The equipment has already been put to good use on a dig in York.
